About Us

The Glenridge community is a subdivision located in the Lake Norman Region of historical Cornelius, North Carolina. It is a community of 179 single family home sites, and 57 townhome units.

The Glenridge Homeowners Association of North Carolina, Inc., is a non-stock, non-profit, corporation, which was incorporated in the state of North Carolina on July 1st, 2001. The community development was completed and turned over to the town of Cornelius in January of 2006.

The Glenridge HOA, is comprised of a master association (The Glenridge HOA of NC, Inc.) and a sub-association, The Townhomes at Glenridge, Inc.

The development is divided into three main sections, noted as Phase I, Phase II, and Townhomes. The community swimming pool, which is owed by the Townhome sub-association, is managed and operated by the Glenridge HOA of NC (under a lease agreement). It is located in the Phase II portion of the community at 10101 Meadow Crossing Ln. and is available for use by all residents of Phase II and Townhomes. Phase I homes have an option to purchase a season pass (see Pool News).

The master association, Glenridge HOA of NC, Inc., is presently managed by the Main Street Management Group and the sub-association, The Townhomes at Glenridge, Inc., is managed by CSI Property Management, LLC of Davidson, NC.

Both the master association (Phase I and II), as well as the townhome sub-association, have their own, separate board of directors, with one director from the townhome sub-association, being one of the five directors on the master HOA board.

The annual membership meeting for the Master association, is held at 7:00 pm on the third Thursday in May. The annual membership meeting for the Townhome sub-association is held at 8:00 PM on the second Monday of February.
