Architectural Review Change Request (ARC) Guidelines and Form:

PLEASE NOTE: All exterior changes to any property in the Glenridge community must first receive prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) AND the Glenridge Board of Directors. Failure to properly complete an ARC Application Request, prior to making ANY exterior change to a home or lot in Glenridge, may subject the Glenridge property owner to fines and/or penalties.
