For the Glenridge community, trash and yard waste occurs every FRIDAY.  Please check the community calendar for pickup dates as holidays may affect the collection day.

Waste Pro – Recycle:

Recyclables are collected every other FRIDAY.  Please check the calendar.

Waste Pro – Yard Waste (with Trash Collection):

Waste Pro will pick up branches up to 5 feet, and logs whose diameter is 5″ or less. They also pick-up grass clippings in a plastic leaf bag (which are emptied and left), or paper leaf bags (up to 20).  Bags available at Lowes and Home Depot.  Mecklenburg County NO LONGER has free paper bags at North Mecklenburg Recycling Center 12300 N. Statesville Rd. Huntersville.

Street-side leaf vacuuming:

Beginning November 1, the Town of Cornelius will provide street-side leaf vacuuming services. The service will run through January. Leaf piles should be placed at the curb. Please do not put limbs or trash in the leaf piles.

GLENRIDGE RESIDENTS, PLEASE NOTE: – All garbage and recycle material containers (trash cans) must be taken in by Friday evening, or Saturday morning, and must be stored out-of-sight. If you are out of town, or away from home, please make arrangements to have these cans removed from the curb. Failure to do so, may result in HOA fines being assessed against the violating property owner.
